These are held about 4 to 6 times a year, from 09:00 to 12:30 on Saturday mornings and are so that members and friends can help maintain the church buildings.
The work needed varies in complexity from cleaning and tidying up, maybe the occasional painting, gardening or hedge cutting. You won't do anything you are not happy doing.
This is also the opportunity to work with some of the other people who attend the church and get to know them better over a cup of tea (or coffee) and a biscuit during the frequent tea breaks.
