Dinner Dance – 7:30pm Saturday 3rd December 2011
If you have booked tickets we look forward to seeing you – dress to impress and don’t forget to bring your own drinks. We still have a few tickets available and would love to sell them so if you have not already bought yours or if you know anyone who would like to come along please let me know by Friday morning. Advent Labyrinth - 5:00-8:00pm Sunday 4th December 2011
There will be an Advent Labyrinth set up in the church hall – this is basically 5 or 6 prayer stations which you can walk round in your own time. Pop along anytime between 5pm – 8pm, the prayer stations can take as short or as long a time as you want (although I would suggest you allow about half an hour) and there will be refreshments served in the Bell Lounge when you have finished. Come and spend some time reflecting and praying as we prepare for Christmas.
WHY Christmas - 6:00pm Sunday 11th December 2011
This a fantastic opportunity to share the real meaning of Christmas with family, friends, neighbours and colleagues. The evening consists of a 3 course Christmas meal plus some thoughts and reflections from Justin Thacker – this will be a relaxed and enjoyable evening, who could you invite? This evening is free for guests but we are asking for a £3 donation from church members. Booking essential – contact Angela Such at angela.such@sky.com by Friday 9th Dec to book.
